4.1 Login to OpenMFT UI

4.1.1 Login to get your super-powers?

• Open a browser of your choice, prefer Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

• Type https://hostname:45443 where hostname is where OpenMFT is installed

• Login with default credentials admin/password

• It is advised to change the admin password on 1st login

4.1.2 Change Admin User password

There are are couple of ways in which an Admin User can change the password:

4.1.2.1 Click on the downward facing arrow on the top right corner to see options for Change Password:

Click on Change Password to change your password.

4.1.2.2 Scroll down all the way to the bottom of the menu on the left to find Admin Users and click on change password icon:

Click on the last menu item on the left menu panel for OpenMFT.

Click on Change password icon on the right side of the screen in the Action column:

Enter the new password and confirm to update the password.
